PROGRAM
Saturday 19 June

9:00AM meeting of participants and presentation of the Trail Camp
Ascent to the highest hill of Tor des Geants®: Col Loson at 3.300mt
Packed lunch
Return in the afternoon
Following (before and after dinner) : practical and theoretical activities aimed at addressing the main issues related to the trail-running such as:
- how to deal with ups and downs
- how to set up a good workout using various methodologies such as fartlek, interval training ...
- how to train to develop different types of strength
- hints on proper hydration and nutrition in the race
- choice of mandatory or recommended material
- notes on the prevention of the main causes of accidents
