Four itineraries discovering Tor des Géants

Mon, 05/08/2013 - 10:46 -- Visitatore (not verified)

2.000 paths, mountain lakes, hills, alps and refuges plunged in an undescribable view. The best way to discover the Aostavalley is by foot, thanks to the four trekking paths which put in evidence the soul of the region and wind up the Giro dei Giganti, a natural path that follows the route of the Tor des Géants.

Follow the Tor des Géants | Dedicated to all those who love to live the competition in the front row.The organisation will take care of all details, to make sure that it will be an unforgettable experience.

The King's paths |The itinerary winding up from Cogne to Donnas , takes the same route of the hunting paths of King Vittorio Emanuele of Savoy, along the mule tracks of the Gran Paradiso National Park and the Park of Mount Avic.

The Walser route | A trekking route from Ayas to Gressoney, at the foot of the chain of Monte Rosa. A plunge into architecture and tradition of the Walser population, a linguistic and cultural oasi with german heritage in the middle of the Franco-provencal region.

The tour of the Fontina | A gourmet itinerary leading from Courmayeur to Chaligne offering the perfect match for hikers and food and wine lovers. Undisputed star: the Fontina, most popular cheese Dop of the Aostavalley.
