From Japan to USA, from Europe to Australia: until now 21 journalists have asked to take part in Tor des Géants® 2016 also as runners (about 300 are registered in the press area).
It is a big chance to make the world know our race from the inside, the commitment of the volunteers, the beauty of Aosta Valley. We are proud to say that we beat our previous record also for what it concerns that. Among this runner- journalist there is Damian Hall, from “Outdorfitnessmag”, he is a well known athlete who ended in 32nd place the UTMB and who made a podium at the Spin Race.Same for Joan Roch, canadien, who recently finished the Hong Kong 100 race, and for Dominic Cadden, Australian, working for Men’s Healt, who is famous also in USA for being a specialist in ultra marathon which take place in extreme landscapes. Dominic, who speaks 5 languages, will be focused on writing and filming about tourism and culture of Aosta Valley.
So, these are all journalists who will give prestige to the event not only for its racing part, but also for the activities of the region and for its people who is capable of warm welcome in their beloved Aosta Valley.
