On the third step of Tor's podium (women's ranking) we have a french lady: Maria Semerjian, that right on the finish line has been invited to a dance a waltz with choral accompaniment (after her the greek competitor decide to launch a overwhelming Sirtaki).
The french trailer, was very moved by the welcome and for having completed this huge challenge. She made a step forward compared with last year, when she arrived fourth and she just "touched lightly" the podium.
Maria, is a physical education teacher, she run her first "mini-ultra" of 18 km in 2008. In 2009 she conquered the XX place at Grand Raid de la Réunion, since then, she never stopped and she win prestigious rewards. Tor's third place are just beautiful brackets in her still long career.
