"Accomodation
before, during and after the Tor"

Aosta Valley offers a wide range of accommodation options: hotels, farmhouse accommodation, B&BS, campsites and mountain huts.

For athletes coming on a reconnaissance visit before the race, the best options are the mountain huts and the accommodation facilities located in the individual municipalities the Tor des Géants runs through: Courmayeur, Valgrisenche, Rhêmes-Notre-Dame, Valsavarenche, Cogne, Donnas, Gressoney-Saint-Jean, Ayas, Valtournenche, Ollomont and Saint-Oyen.

Book a hotel in Courmayeur or book a stay in Aosta Valley using the free on-line booking service provided by the regional tourist office.

pré-saint-didier thermal spa
“relaxation, wellness and charm

after the Tor”

After the enormous effort of the Tor des Géants, nothing is better than a well-deserved rest at the renowned Pré-Saint-Didier Thermal Spa. Thermal swimming pools and saunas, both outdoor and indoor, never loose sight of Mont Blanc thanks to their panoramic full-length windows.

In order to cheer the runners up with an extreme wellness experience after their great exertion, the Pré thermal spa is offering all runners free
entry
(between 9th and 17th September), as well as a 30% discount voucher for a companion (to be used in the same period, even without the presence of the racer, if desired).
The tickets (free and discounted) are provided in the race packs handed out with the race bibs.

The natural thermal springs of Pré-Saint-Didier, already well-known in Roman times, flow into a grotto at the bottom of the Orrido Waterfall, in a charming natural setting.
Outside the centre is a thermal garden and inside it is the Wellness trail which offers very relaxing hydromassage experience with underwater music, waterfalls, saunas in wooden chalets, aromatic steam baths, mud bath areas, chromotherapy and aromatherapy rooms.

You can benefit from still more reinvigorating experiences in the hands of expert therapists who offer relaxing and toning massages. Or you can learn relaxation techniques from the expert “Maestro of Wellness”.

Pré-Saint Didier Thermal Spa has been offering regal hospitality since 1834, in one of the favourite holiday resorts of the Italian royal family of old and of many illustrious people.

Enhanced by the recent restorations which have conserved the period architecture, the thermal spa has regained its old splendour to provide a truly reinvigorating spa session.
