They come from all over the world, chasing a dream and an extreme and incredible experience, which will remain in their hearts for a lifetime.
900 athletes for the 15th edition of the TOR330 – Tor des Géants®, starting on Sunday 8th September 2024, have been drawn, the toughest endurance trail in the world that runs on the Alte Vie of Aosta Valley and historically represents the most participated race of the TORX® with Kailas.
1826 athletes pre-registered, a number to which the 221 who had already registered via the PAX system after taking part in a TORX® eXperience race must be added. On February 19th the draw was made on the Random.org portal and, after calculating the country quotas, the list was defined. All pre-registered athletes, coming from 70 countries, have received an email with the results.
The 900 drawn will have time from 1st March at noon until midnight on 15th March to finalize their registration on 100x100trail portal. In the event that not all the selected runners confirm their registration, one or two repechage will be made and, if the total places are not completed, a click day will be organized in the first days of April.
March 1st at noon is also the opening date for registrations for all other TORX® with Kailas races, which will also close at midnight on 15th March or when the maximum number of bibs available is reached.
There is great anticipation for the new TOR100 – Cervino-Monte Bianco, which will start from Breuil-Cervinia on Wednesday 11th September and which, for its first edition, offers a limited number of places to 250. All the other races of the event are confirmed, namely the TOR450 – Tor des Glaciers (200 places available, departure on Friday 6th September), TOR130 – Tot Dret (500 places available, departure on Tuesday 10th September) and TOR30 – Passage au Malatrà (500 places available, departure on Saturday 14th September). On Sunday 15th September there will be the awards ceremony for all races.
From 1st to 30th April (or until sold out), finally, the 20 solidarity bibs for TOR330 and TOR130 and the 10 eco bibs for TOR330 will be put on sale.
